Why are prices listed without tax?
Each country has its own regulations regarding which products are liable for full or reduced tax, and the tax levels for full or reduced tax also differ from country to country. Therefore, depending on the country you purchase from, the tax will be different. To ensure that the correct tax is registered for your product, all prices in our shop are displayed exclusive of tax.
When shopping from an EU country, the relevant Tax will be added to the product price during the checkout process. However, if you´re shopping from a country outside the EU, you will be charged with Tax in connection with the goods crossing the border. To avoid double taxation, customers outside the EU are therefore not charged with Tax in our Shop, but all payments to us are exclusive of Tax.
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of convenient payment options to enhance your shopping experience.
You can choose from major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. Additionally, we provide the flexibility of Klarna for a seamless and secure transaction process.
What shipping methods do you offer?
For delivery within Sweden we offer shipping via Schenker Ombud and PostNord Mypack Collect, with delivery within 1 – 3 working days.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries.
During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that for delivery outside of EU, in addition to the shipping cost customs duty may apply, which is the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery inside of EU is customs duty free.
For international shipping we use Schenker, PostNord or UPS as couriers.
What is the shipping cost?
For delivery within Sweden the shipping cost is SEK 49 (incl. Tax) for each order.
For delivery outside of Sweden the shipping cost varies depending on the country and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been picked up at our warehouse by the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the courier’s website.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Our return policy allows a 60-day withdrawal period. Exclusions: personalized, sealed, and perishable items.
To return, notify Swe-Can before 60 days, and send within 14 days. Return slip available for SEK 69. Refunds are processed within 14 days, minus delivery costs.
Swe-Can cannot cancel/change picked orders; a SEK 200 fee may apply. For more details, please check our Refunds and Returns Policy.
